Our Belize Cacao flakes are six day fermented raw cacao nibs. The cracking of the nibs micro-skin allows for emulsification of the fat on the tongue and still leaves a texture for you to get gritty with! 

Our prestigious and deeply adored raw Toledo Belize cacao beans are skinned and crushed UNDER ROLLERS ONE TIME to the pre-grinding stage and offered here for your culinary inspiration. The tangy unusual six day ferment carries NOTES OF ACIDITY, PUNGENT ACRIDNESS AND LIVING GREENERY MAKING IT A TOTALLY UNIQUE JOURNEY.

*Not recommended for a creamy drink. For that use a fully ground cacao paste.
