This is our most elegant bean in house! Fun and fresh like it's people! It's filled with a light-hearted happy joy. It's clean, crisp and smooth, a wonderful introduction to the raw cacao. This easy-to-love bean is hand washed and dried off of the ground for minimization of metal uptake. They are roasted slightly at 240 degrees and shipped off to us with loving lands.
