Uganda Cacao Paste

Our Uganda Cacao Paste is fermented by loving hands for 6 days and dried off the earth's floor for metal uptake minimization making it our cacao that registers the lowest metal numbers.

It's active and indulgent on the palate. Ground for 48 hours it reveals a guttural earthy, almost slightly "dirty" tasting cacao, notes that run deep, stable and smooth. Even heated with water it holds a creamy accent and grounding nature.

For a thick cup serve two parts water to one part cacao, stirred only on the lowest heat. Tasting notes love maple or honey.
