Collection: Cacao Beans and Nibs

Have fun with these goodies and create!

These crunchy little dark dreams will soon make you feel spoiled as you grow to acquire the taste for the bitter little gems from the equator.

Some Ways to Use Cacao Beans & Nibs:

Add them to fresh fruit, ice cream or yogurt.

Add to granola, trail mix, fat bombs balls (nut butter, oats, honey, coconut oil).

Add one bean or nibs to a banana slice then freeze. Pop in your mouth for a chilly sugar free ice cream flavor.

Stuff them inside a date and freeze them. Try adding a slice of banana or your favorite nut butter. Serve Frozen.

Add them to a smoothie before and/or after blending depending on how much crunch you like.

Add them right to the coffee grinder with the coffee beans, brew and enjoy.

Add about two cups of nibs to 3/4 gallon of cold water and let sit for 30 hours. Strain and add maple syrup for a delightful fresh iced cacao tea.

Sprinkle on top of creamy truffle pasta, butternut squash soup or a salad.

Pop them in your mouth just as they are as they do in South America.

What's in cacao?

Cacao is packed with magnesium, selenium, zinc, copper, iron and calcium as well as metabolism-raising theobromine. Sink into the naturally inspired serotonin (the natural antidepressant) oxytocin (the love drug) and anandamide (the bliss molecule) in every power packed bite. Wow!! That's proof of God!
